INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Your journey starts with a comprehensive movement and diet assessment so I can devise a plan that suits your needs and aids your goals.​

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Working with me 1:1 will allow us to work on your exercise form, push through your barriers together and tweak your plan based on feedback.

CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PLAN

Your workouts will be tailored to your abilities, needs and include homework and a cardio protocol to follow outside our 1:1 sessions.

CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION PLAN

Achieving exceptional results requires a focused nutrition plan. I will help to create your meals and incorporate a supplementation protocol.

PROGRESS TRACKING

What gets measured gets done. We'll take your measurements bi-weekly: weight, body fat, girth, tape measure and take progress photos.

SUPPORT

You can reach out via email or the Mobile Training App​​ to ask the questions any time. It'll be like having your trainer in your pocket!

FAQ

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PT COACHING PROGRAM?

You will be given a personalized training, nutrition, supplementation, cardio protocols specific to your goals. Your initial session will include assessment such as body composition measurements (bodyweight, body fat, girth, etc), photo taking, movement/exercise assessment. Training will comprise of at least 3-4 times weight training per week to achieve maximum/faster body composition result.

I AM NEW TO EXERCISE. CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM?

Yes of course. The program will be adjusted depending on your current capability, training and nutritional level, motivation, goals, etc. This is not one-size fits all program, so the coach will take into consideration your starting point when setting up your plan.

DO I NEED GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP/ ACCESS TO A GYM FOR THIS PROGRAM?

When you are doing 1 to 1 training with your coach, you don’t have to get a gym membership. You will just buy a package and train with him during the duration of your program. The gym is a personal training studio, so you can only use it whenever you have PT sessions.
