PERSONAL TRAINER AND COACH

I am a passionate personal trainer in Singapore with more than 10 years of experience. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients ranging from age 25-55 years old, including working professionals, athletes, as well as husbands and wives. I’m all about creating that much needed energy boost, improved confidence, better performance, and improved quality of life for my clients when they’ve hit a roadblock in their fitness journey.

My own fitness journey arose from being self-conscious, and my personal aspiration of being an athlete. I was impatient and tried quick fix systems, only to find that I would fall back into my old habits. My family history of health-related diseases also made me recognise that I had to be proactive within my lifestyle choices if I wanted to enjoy my life longer.

That eagerness lead me to learn as much as I could about lifestyle, exercise and nutrition so I can help not only myself, but others around me to make better choices. My aim with my innovative coaching philosophy is to impact and inspire as many people as possible in making positive, lasting change in their life. I am driven by helping my clients fulfil their goals and see results. I collaborate with every one of them on a personal level to find the best strategy for them, to reach their goal, and to make them realise their full potential. My promise i that I will do the same for you.

From my own experience, I understand how discouraging it can be to fail to reach your fitness goals. This reoccurring cycle can be caused by a lack of direction and support, accountability, and not seeing any results, which can in turn cause a decline in your self-confidence and in some cases, concerning health issues.

My programme is developed to tackle this mindset and create a positive and rewarding experience for you. This way, I will introduce you to healthier and smarter habits that will help to transform your relationship with exercise and food. Practicing your discipline consistently, and asking for directions with exercise and nutrition is the first step in restarting your fitness journey for optimum and faster results.

I will take your leading motivation and your current mindset and help you transform it into a reliable routine, while encouraging and supporting you when you need it the most. Your readiness, willingness, and your ability to change will be the key factors in seeing a change in your body that you never imagined you would be able to achieve before.

Through creating a clear structure, providing consistent accountability and fitness tips, my program will aim to get you your desired outcome. I will help to target your body fat percentage so that you can feel stronger and healthier and look noticeably leaner and toned with definition. ​

The fundamental purpose of my programme is to enable you to improve your self-esteem, allow you to feel in control of what you do, and to help you to go throughout your day with the ability of feeling energized, happier, and ultimately more motivated to improve relationships and inspire other people in your life. You will be in the driver seat, but I will be your tour guide to help you navigate the map leading to a better version of yourself.
